DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

The to-do list. The racing thoughts. The feeling that you're still somehow not doing enough.

You're the one who holds it all together for everyone else. You say yes when you mean no. You keep going because stopping feels worse. And underneath the composed, capable woman you've convinced everyone you are, your brain is racing so fast and so loud you can’t slow down.

You know what the issue is but you don’t know why its happening or how to stop it.

You’re stuck in survival mode.

Coping got you this far. But if it was enough, you wouldn't still feel this way. It's not that you're not doing enough — it's that you need something different.

MEET THE THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Grace

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in helping chronically exhausted, overwhelmed, and overfunctioning women who feel like they're hanging on by a thread.

Anxiety, perfectionism, and ADHD aren’t just what I specialize in, they’re a lived experience. As a later-diagnosed woman with ADHD, I know the struggle of doing the most while feeling like the worst and not knowing why. Thats why I love helping others figure out their underlying why and their own unique way forward.

Therapy shouldn’t be stuffy or stiff. I aim to be conversational, warm, and engaging, often incorporating humor and a little sarcasm so you can actually look forward to showing up and talking about the hard things. Therapy is for you, and I’ll meet you where you are so it feels safe enough to say the things you’ve been keeping bottled up.
