50 minutes: $145

I offer private pay sessions at the above rate. Income-based sliding scale can be discussed to make therapy still accessible. I also can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance plans for reimbursement of some of the cost. I am in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, or Optum insurance plans. Costs of sessions when using insurance is dependent on your individual plan.
