“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation,
but your thoughts about it.”

My Treatment Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship—not a clinical transaction. That’s why I approach every session with warmth, honesty, curiosity, humor (and a little sarcasm), while always holding space with zero judgment for whatever you bring to the table.
My therapy style is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and support your individual goals. Psychodynamic therapy is often at the core of my work. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, early relationships, and internalized beliefs may still be shaping your present life. We’ll look at the roots of patterns like self-doubt, anxiety, people-pleasing, or perfectionism—and begin rewriting the narratives that no longer serve you. While deep self-exploration is an important part of the process, I also integrate practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches to help you learn new skills, build helping coping mechanism and create real, meaningful change.
